Radio Club FM - Gevgelija & Love FM - Strumica

In 1992, I became manager of the first radio broadcasting station and one of the first in Macedonia (that was not state-owned) in Gevgelija - Radio Club FM, which was renamed FM 100 a year later.

In 1993, I was already in Strumica and created what was by far the most popular electronic media in Strumica - Radio Love FM, in which, in a very short period of time, we gathered a team of 40 or so young people aged 13 to 27.

Calypso FM & SW Radio

In 1995, a new radio adventure followed with a friend in Strumica, so we restarted Radio Calypso, where we organized but did not conduct the largest prize game in the history of Macedonian radio stations.

In 1997 I had a crazy idea that was not possible to implement from a legal point of view and the variants for a radio station that would work on medium waves and cover a good part of Europe failed and plus with partner support from USA and Mexico it was supposed to be the first radio station in Europe that works in stereo technique.

My First Internet Radio Network

In 2004 I was already thinking about internet radio stations but at that time I neither had the knowledge, nor were there tutorials, nor was there anyone to ask how to do it. I tried the discussion groups and forums of the time but...

In 2007, I already launched the first internet radio network: Radio 1, Radio 2, Radio 3, Radio 4, Radio 5 and Radio Gevgelija Info which was part of the internet portal Gevgelija Info at the address gevgelija.info

Pioneering Internet Ham Radio – Since 2011

In 2011, I launched the first Internet Ham Radio Network, featuring three unique stations:

  • Radio 59 – Commercial hits for everyday listeners.

  • Radio 73 – The first (and only one) internet ham radio with live song requests and TTS (Text-to-Speech) technology, making it interactive and innovative.

  • Radio 88 – Relaxing slow tunes, ballads, and easy listening.

This project blended amateur radio passion with digital innovation, creating a one-of-a-kind online radio experience.

Radio 73 – Pioneering Internet Radio Innovation

Radio 73 was the first—and still the only—interactive internet radio station with live song requests and integrated Text-to-Speech (TTS) technology, setting a new standard for engagement and innovation in online broadcasting.

Launched in 2012, this groundbreaking project became a reality thanks to Dards and his talented team at whooshstream.com, who believed in my vision and gave me the opportunity to lead a new era in radio.

Radio 73 also stood out for its exceptional sound quality, powered by two cutting-edge tools: Breakaway, an advanced audio processor, and the AAC+ codec, delivering one of the best audio experiences worldwide. Combined with the top-tier Flash players developed by Dards Mindoro.

Radio 73 didn’t just play music—it redefined how listeners could interact with it.

First World Radio Stations on "Facebook"

In 2013, we transferred several radio stations to Facebook and as far as I know, those were the first radio stations that could be directly listened to on Facebook through an application using a specially made flash player with excellent functionality and a beautiful design that was made by Dards Mindoro and  programmers from the whooshstream.com, and in order for it to work on Facebook, we had to pay for a security certificate that is used by banks around the world.

Past & Future

In 2014 I installed, maintained and managed 7 specialized radio stations online for a friend from America who had 3 large radio stations broadcasting on medium and ultra short waves.

In 2024 and 2025 I worked intensively on several internet radio stations that will be heard outside of Macedonia. So far, 12 specialized radio stations are ready that will broadcast programs in different musical genres.
